CPE CREDITS NOW PROVIDED

Cost for each mini-workshop: $20 per person or $30 for two from the same family. A late registration fee of $10 per person will be accessed if registering after the deadline. Full day workshops are $80 per person. A late registration fee of $20 will be assessed if registering after the deadline. CTAC accepts Purchase Orders, Checks, Visa, or MC.

• To reserve a seat, registration must be paid in full by the registration deadline.  Anyone not paying in advance can not be guaranteed a seat.
• If school districts are reserving seats with a purchase order: ISD MUST FAX A COPY OF THE PO TO CTAC 328-5585 in order to reserve their spot.  If a hard copy is not received, seats will not be reserved.
• Cancellations: Full refund if cancelled 4-5 days before registration deadline; 50% refund if cancelled 1-3 days before registration deadline. No refund if cancelled after registration deadline.
