Kelle Wood Rich, M.Ed., Board Certified Behavior Analyst,Owner/Executive Director

Mrs. Wood Rich has 20 years of experience teaching children and adults with autism and other developmental disabilities. She has been a charter certificant BCBA since the year 2000, has over 10 years experience assessing and developing treatment for this population of learners and over 10 years supervising teachers, therapists and consulting with school districts around the USA, and in Europe. Mrs. Wood Rich frequently presents at local, national and international professional conferences.
Mrs. Wood Rich and her staff currently consult with approximately 35 school districts and educational service centers throughout Texas and conduct workshops around the world training parents and professionals on how to teach people with autism utilizing the science of ABA and incorporating Skinner's Analysis of Verbal Behavior.
Mrs. Wood Rich moved to Austin in 2002 to open CTAC. After years of running home-based ABA programs she became frustrated with the high rate of staff turn over and the need for daily supervision she was unable to effectively provide. She determined that she could help more children and provide better quality of supervision and therapy in a center based model where therapy would be conducted by experienced professionals.
As the Owner/Executive Director of CTAC, Mrs. Wood Rich works directly with our children, families and schools. She conducts evaluations, trainings, directly supervises every CTAC therapist, and oversees every child's program.
