Executive Director, Kelle Wood Rich, M.Ed., BCBA leads a staff of experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA), Board Certified Associate Behavior Analysts (BCABA) and other professionalsthat work directly with your child and family in our beautiful 5,000 sq. foot center in Austin, Texas. Our facility includes a 1,500 square foot playroom, individual therapy rooms and a large conference room where we frequently host workshops for parents and other professionals.
We provide quality Applied Behavior Analysis/ Verbal Behavior treatment to families with children with autism and/or other developmental disabilities. We also provide staff training and classroom consultation services for school districts, educational service centers and other agencies across Texas.
Our goal is to provide specific learning opportunities for children to become successful across all environments. Current research and data collection guide our teaching to achieve this goal.
At CTAC, your child will receive one-on-one instruction from their individual therapist which includes weekly supervision from a Lead Teacher and/or the Assistant Director. During this therapy, your child’s behavioral and language needs will be addressed in the Natural Environment (NET) as well as during Intensive Teaching Trials in the classroom. All our families have the opportunity to attend free workshops hosted by CTAC and receive parent training during their child's therapy session. Learners attend therapy sessions a minimum of 4-15 hours a week based upon each child’s individualized treatment plan. We also schedule home/community/school sessions as needed per individual client assessment.
In addition to our center-based therapy, CTAC offers the following services:
1/2 day, full day,or 2-3 consecutive day Evaluations- Functional Behavioral Assessments, Behavior Intervention Plans, Teaching Procedures, Language Assessments
Consulting and workshop services for school districts, agencies, educational service centers, Autism support groups, etc.
